Hello, I am sharing about meditation.The first question is what is meditation. Meditation is an activity in which the practitioner sits and allows the mind to dissolve. it is not concentration, it is deep concentration Meditation is such a thing that we can get relief from various diseases, and it is very good to do this, it increases our attention and concentration, and achieves success in any work. Meditation is usually part of yoga. Every person should be meditated regularly to stay healthy for good. Those students should meditate regularly for their studies. Meditation will increase their concentration and they will do good results in examinations. Those who meditate daily, they cannot easily touch their disease disorders. So we should meditate on our daily basis so that our body is healthy.

First, sit in the Padmasana and sit on the knees and close the eyes and doing  meditation. At the time of meditation, we should keep our eyes on the breath and remove all the thoughts from our mind and keep meditating 10 to 15 minutes.With meditation, we should exercise yoga, because meditation is a lesson in yoga exercises. Yoga meditation If we do regular we will have special benefits. I will especially benefit our body will be healthy, we can live a beautiful life. Every day people should exercise, meditation to stay healthy.
